The Public Prosecutor’s Office is a judicial authority, independent from the courts and the executive power. It operates in a unified and impartial manner and has as its mission the observance of legality, the protection of the citizen, and the safeguarding of the rules of public order.
The Duty Prosecutor receives citizens for hearings (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) and lawyers daily (from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
There is also the possibility of submitting requests in writing.
